Designed with our core audience of retirees in mind, we wanted to capture the spirit of laid-back yet vibrant living, where every day feels like a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Our carefully crafted brand identity brings this Sunday state of mind to life, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents. This overarching identity not only defines the current community but also sets the stage for future Sunday Place developments.
At its core, Sunday Place is the flexible concept of land lease living. While many may be unfamiliar with this forward-thinking approach to homeownership, we integrated it into the community’s design and ethos in a way that educated residents while remaining true to the brand’s promise.
From elegant type treatments to a sun-shaped graphics, every design element reflects the community’s values of simplicity, comfort, and connection. After all, when life’s best moments are simply part of the routine, it’s easy to savour every day as if it were Sunday.
