Where you flourish shouldn’t be limited to your four walls; it should extend beyond. Whether in the hallways, shared amenity spaces, amidst nature, or at local stores, we wanted to create a brand for The Laurels that invited people to embrace a lifestyle harmonized with nature, ensuring they thrive in every aspect.

The Laurels, a new master-planned community by Mattamy, is nestled beside a Natural Heritage System in Milton and embodies a dedication to better living. We wanted to have a brand identity that mirrored this commitment; one that was rooted in the concept of harmony between nature and community.

The design language incorporates organic shapes and connected elements, symbolizing the interconnectedness of nature and our day-to-day lives. This approach appealed to our target audience, who value both the tranquility of nature and the benefits of community living. By using a warm and inviting colour palette and a modern, clean typography, we created a brand that is both sophisticated and approachable. When everything came together, the overall aesthetic evoked a sense of peace, belonging, and a bright future in Milton.
