Stouffville. One of the GTA’s fastest growing and up-and-coming communities. As an area connected to nature, amenity, and opportunity — and a mere 50 minutes from Toronto — Sorbara wanted to sell more than square feet. They wanted the community brand to bring to life the Canadian dream beyond Muskoka Chairs and double-doubles. From naming and visual identity to a robust go-to-market plan and sales centre experience, we developed a distinct identity for a low-rise community that would not only resonate with our intended market but reaffirm why roots are sown in the first place.

Trailways was awarded Best Project Branding & Identity at the 2020 BILD Awards and nominated for Best Low-Rise Project Branding at the 2020 OHBA Awards.
